Kaitlin’s love for volleyball began in her hometown of Washington, Missouri, where she played for Washington VBC and later St. Louis CYC Volleyball Club. As a youth athlete, she attended multiple USAV Junior National Championships and developed a lifelong passion for the sport. She continued her volleyball career at St. Francis Borgia High School, where she was part of the 2004 State Championship team and the 2005 State Runner-Up team.
Kaitlin attended St. Louis University, earning a degree in Business. After graduation, she moved away and built a career with companies including JCPenney, Nordstrom, and adidas. Throughout her professional career, she saw firsthand how the lessons learned through sports—teamwork, leadership, accountability, and perseverance—translate to success both on and off the court. After returning to Missouri, she was excited for the opportunity to give back to the game that had played such an important role in her life.
This season marks Kaitlin’s sixth year coaching club volleyball in the St. Louis area. Her coaching experience includes time with St. Francis Borgia High School, High Performance STL, and Next Level Volleyball. During her coaching career, her teams have earned multiple medal finishes at USAV National Qualifiers, and she has coached teams that achieved top 25 national rankings. Most recently, she helped lead her 15’s team to a USAV Open Division National Championship berth, the highest level of competition in youth volleyball.
While Kaitlin is proud of her teams’ accomplishments, her greatest passion is helping athletes grow in confidence, develop their skills, and learn how to compete with purpose. She believes success is built through hard work, accountability, and a positive team culture, and she strives to create an environment where every athlete can reach their potential while developing a lifelong love for the game.
Outside of volleyball, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Greg and their French Bulldog, June. She loves traveling, hiking, and being outdoors with family and friends. She is excited for the season ahead and looks forward to helping her athletes continue to grow both on and off the court.
