Lauren is a former volleyball player and coach for the Junior College level. She graduated from Washington High School in 2013 where she played for 3 years and played club volleyball throughout those years, locally. She also played volleyball while attending college at East Central in Union, where her team reached 11th place at Nationals in the NJCAA D2 Tournament in 2013. After graduating from Central Missouri University with a degree in Physical Education, Lauren began coaching at East Central College as the assistant volleyball coach, where she coached for 6 years. Lauren is excited to be back with FC United in 2025.
