Tracie’s volleyball journey began at the young age of 3, when her mom placed a volleyball in her hand for the first time. Since then, volleyball has been a constant presence in her life, as well as her passion. Tracie played volleyball throughout her grade school years at IC in Union (where her mom coached as well), during her 4 years of high school, played club volleyball for Tri-County, and a couple of years at the collegiate level. Over the years, Tracie has coached both girls and boys grade school teams, helping young athletes build confidence, skills, and a love for the game. Presently, she is still actively playing volleyball for a women’s team and a co-ed team. She understands the importance of teamwork, leadership, and a sense of purpose.
