Team Fees & Season Information

🔔 Important Notes 

  • USAV/Gateway Memberships not included in total below.  This will need to be purchased separately at time of season registration. The membership cost is $58.00.
  • Some teams will participate in additional travel, which incurs extra costs. These costs are the responsibility of each player/family. See specific team details below.

  • Each player is required to participate in our club-wide raffle fundraiser. More info will be provided upon team registration.

Payment Options

Online Payment in full or (with plan):

  • ½ due at Commitment Night
  • Remaining balance split in 2 automatic installments
    • 15U–17U: Sept 1 & Oct 1
    • 11U–14U: Dec 1 & Jan 1
  • Credit card fees apply

Offline Payment Plan by Check:

  • ½ due at Commitment Night
  • ½ with postdated check
    • 15U–17U: Sept 1 & 11U–14U: Dec 1

💲 Standard Club Teams – $1,000 Player Fee

Includes:

  • 2 jerseys, 1 spandex shorts

  • 2 practices per week

  • 5–6 local tournaments

  • 1 possible out-of-town tournament (e.g., Cape Girardeau, MO)

Note:

  • Teams may add tournaments, which may increase individual costs.

  • Split Season Teams: 13 Teal, 13 White, 14 Black, 14 Teal
    Players can play middle school volleyball from late Jan–mid-March.

Owensville 15U Team

$650 Player Fee

  • 2 jerseys, 1 spandex

  • Weekly practices

  • 5–6 local tournaments

  • 1–2 out-of-town tournaments

Note:

  • May incur extra tournament costs

  • Team fundraiser required – opt-out requires paying additional fees

13 Black Travel Team – $1,300
  • 3 jerseys, 1 spandex

  • 2 practices/week

  • 3–4 local & 2–4 out-of-town tournaments

  • Not a split season team

  • Est. $1,400 per player for added events and coaches expenses.

16 Black Travel Team – $1,400
  • 3 jerseys, 1 spandex

17U Black Travel Team – $1,400

  • 2 practices/week

  • Est. $400 per player for added events and coaches expenses.
  • Travel fees due by Dec. 15No payment plan

Travel Team Reminder

These teams plan on participating in additional tournaments like the Gateway League, Qualifier Events, Gateway Bid Event and AAU or USAV Nationals. Opportunities to fundraise to offset this cost will be available. If a player decides not to fundraise, then that player will owe the additional fees. All travel expenses incurred by families are each family's responsibility.
